• Photos you upload — room images you provide for AI redesign. These are processed by our AI rendering service and are not stored permanently on our servers.
• Device information — basic device type and operating system version for compatibility purposes.
• Usage data — which design styles and features you use, to improve the app experience.
• Email address — if you sign up for early access or our mailing list.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered room redesigns based on your uploaded photos.
• To surface shoppable product recommendations relevant to your rendered design.
• To improve our AI models and app performance.
• To send you updates about Livd if you have opted in.

3. Third-Party Services

Livd uses the following third-party services to operate:

• fal.ai — processes your room photo to generate the AI redesign. Images are transmitted securely and are not retained after rendering.
• Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and other retailers — product links may include affiliate tracking parameters. These retailers have their own privacy policies.
• Vercel — hosts our website. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Your Photos

Photos you upload are used solely to generate your room redesign. We do not sell, share, or use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent. Photos are not linked to your identity unless you have created an account.

5. Data Retention

Rendered images and uploaded photos are not stored permanently. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate, anonymized form. If you create an account, your profile data is retained until you request deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

Livd is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at privacy@livdspaces.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
