1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Livd app or visiting livdspaces.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Livd.

2. Description of Service

Livd is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photographs of their spaces and receive AI-generated redesign renders. The service includes shoppable product recommendations linked to third-party retailers. Livd earns affiliate commissions on qualifying purchases.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Livd.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that contain nudity, violence, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Livd platform or its AI systems.
• Use Livd for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from LIVD LLC.
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier — 3 renders per month at no charge.
• Pro ($12/month) — unlimited renders and priority processing.
• Unlimited ($25/month) — all Pro features plus early access to new styles.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload to Livd. By uploading, you grant LIVD LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos for the sole purpose of generating your AI redesign. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them to train AI models without your consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated room renders are provided for inspirational and design planning purposes only. Livd makes no guarantees that rendered designs are architecturally accurate, structurally feasible, or representative of actual available products. Product recommendations are generated automatically and may not reflect current availability or pricing.

8. Affiliate Relationships

Livd participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. When you click a product link and make a qualifying purchase, Livd may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the products surfaced — recommendations are generated based on your render and selected style.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Livd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LIVD LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI renders will meet your expectations. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Livd, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Livd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
